The purpose of the Companatge find the perfect blend of tradition, respect for nature and an exquisite taste artisan.

The main objective of our company consists in the recovery, production and marketing of traditional delicacies of Ibiza.

Used raw materials, most of them produced in the island.

We now have three farms located in the villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo, with a herd of approximately 1400 head of goats and 600 head of sheep milk.

These animals are semi - extended.

We also work with more than twenty farms and farmers to acquire animals (pigs), fodder, grass and cereals.
